Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Region Director - CHEF’STORE to bridge the Corporate Office and store operations. This role leads multi-unit Cash and Carry operations, ensuring standardized processes, budgeting, and safe, efficient stores across districts.

Remote with travel, preferably located in North or South Carolina, with up to 75% travel. You will hire, train, coach managers, and collaborate with leadership to drive growth, safety, and customer/vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Analytical skills to diagnose root cause of deficiencies.
• Effective oral and written communication across all levels.
• Experience selecting, coaching, and developing managers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Cash and Carry leadership to develop growth strategies and efficiencies.
• Coach and correct management personnel to drive performance against plan.
• Evaluate, hire, and train management personnel.
• Operate within budget and ensure labor coverage.
• Lead safety programs and enforce company policies across stores.
• Inspect stores to ensure correct displays, products, and protocol.
