Job summary

US Foods seeks a Region Director for CHEF’S STORE who will link the Corporate Office with stores, guiding policy implementation and driving sales while improving customer and vendor relations.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L oversight, and the ability to coach regional managers across multiple locations. This position is remote with travel to districts in North/South Carolina and surrounding states.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience managing a multi-unit retailer or equivalent industry experience; remote teams preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of financial operations and processes; analytical skills to diagnose root cause of deficiencies.
• Effective oral and written communication across all levels.
• Experience selecting, coaching, and developing managers in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership on growth strategies and operational efficiencies.
• Coach, counsel and correct management to drive performance against plan.
• Hire, train, and develop store-level management personnel.
• Operate against standards and budgets and ensure safe operations.
• Travel to visits and inspections across stores and districts.
