Job summary

US Foods seeks a Region Director for CHEF’STORE to link Corporate and store operations, driving sales growth and policy adherence. Lead multi-unit remote teams, ensure standardized processes, and collaborate with store leadership across districts.

Responsibilities include coaching managers, hiring and training, operating to budget, safety programs, and store visits to ensure displays and product compliance. Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in related roles required.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years’ experience managing a multi-unit retailer or equivalent; remote teams preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; budget and finance awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop growth strategies and operational efficiencies.
• Coach and correct management personnel to drive performance.
• Hire, train, and evaluate store-level managers.
• Operate within budgets and labor models to meet goals.
• Lead safety programs and enforce company policies.
• Visit stores to inspect displays, products, and compliance.
