The ideal candidate has medical terminology knowledge, EPIC experience, at least one year of insurance verification/referral processing, and excellent organizational skills. This remote, dayshift position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with health insurance plans preferred (1 year).
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and third party payers preferred.
• Proficient in computers with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate referral process from primary care providers and specialists.
• Handle pre-authorization approvals for drugs and services as ordered by providers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with patients and insurers.
