Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process referrals and diagnostic orders for patients.
• Update patient information in the electronic medical record.
• Communicate referral and authorization information to patients.
• Obtain required authorization for third-party requests.
• Manage medical records requests and upload documents into EMR.
• Prepare and assemble patient clinical data for referrals.
• Access and navigate multiple payer portals.
• Interact professionally with internal and external partners.
• Meet performance metrics and quality standards.
