Job summary

VaVa Virtual Assistants is seeking a part‑time, remote Recruitment & Talent Coordinator to source, screen, and place top virtual talents for client projects. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain candidate records, and drive engagement with contractors across the country.

You will collaborate with managers to pair contractors with suitable clients, lead daily engagement activities, and help scale VaVa’s culture while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years of virtual environment coaching or leadership.
• 2+ years in talent location and recruiting for virtual teams.
• Experience with ATS and onboarding both employees and contractors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Commitment to high professional ethical standards and diversity.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategy to meet client needs and contractor availability.
• Post jobs, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessments.
• Provide onboarding and offboarding for contractors.
• Foster culture, engagement, and community through events and updates.
• Plan team huddles, surveys, and recognition initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers to match contractors to client projects.
