You will manage the full lifecycle for assigned roles, provide consultative market insights, and build long-term client relationships in a flexible, autonomous consultancy setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner, Senior Recruiter, or similar strategic client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• Excellent understanding of various industries and talent markets.
• Strong client relationship management and consultative skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage workload effectively, and deliver results remotely.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and talent acquisition requirements.
• Develop and implement bespoke recruitment strategies to attract and secure the right talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned client roles, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on market trends, compensation, and best recruitment practices.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to clients.
• Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
