Physician Care Centers (PCC) is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support a growing recruitment team. This remote role coordinates interviews, manages calendars, and maintains candidate information with a focus on timely communication throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys solving scheduling challenges while collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work with candidates and internal stakeholders professionally.
• Experience with scheduling, onboarding, or administrative support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple service lines and levels.
• Manage complex calendars and coordinate between candidates, recruiters, and leaders.
• Schedule screens, virtual/in-person interviews, and site visits.
• Prepare interview confirmations, invites, and itineraries.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for candidates.
• Communicate changes and next steps clearly to candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with onboarding activities and pre-employment documentation.
• Support job postings, recruitment reports, and events.
