You will help develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates and support organizational growth. The role involves reviewing resumes, prescreens, coordinating new hire paperwork, conducting reference checks, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Five years' experience in Human Resources or related field required.
• Two years of medical provider (Physician) recruitment experience required.
• HR Certification preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours as needed.
• Travel to all CHC locations required.

Responsibilities

• Managing and executing full-cycle recruitment activities across multiple functional areas within Community Health Centers, including leading provider recruitment efforts for all specialties.
• Review resumes, prescreens, coordinate new hire paperwork, complete reference checks, and conduct new hire file audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
