Mahoney Environmental, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Manager to oversee the company’s hiring. You will work closely with a recruiter and hiring managers to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes across depots, plants, and corporate teams.

The role leads the talent acquisition function, develops recruitment strategies, tracks hiring metrics, and ensures compliance with labor laws. A central focus is building a steady supply of CDL drivers, production and fleet service technicians

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years leading a team.
• Proven success in high-volume, multi-site hiring and knowledge of labor laws.
• Strong communication, influence and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS implementation or administration.

Responsabilités

• Partner with operations, sales and leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Manage recruiting budget and vendors, events and referral bonuses.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments.
• Design, update recruiting procedures and onboarding processes.
• Track recruitment metrics and use data to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Train and supervise recruiting team and advise on interviewing.
• Build driver and technician pipelines from CDL schools and colleges.
• Lead employer branding across careers pages and job ads.
• Negotiate agency and staffing partner agreements when needed.
