Job summary

Mahoney Environmental Solutions, LLC is seeking a Recruitment Manager to oversee our company’s hiring nationwide. You will work closely with a recruiter and hiring managers to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes across depots, plants and corporate teams.

You will lead the talent acquisition function, develop recruitment strategies, track key hiring metrics, ensure compliance with labor laws, and build a steady pipeline of CDL drivers, production and fleet service technicians

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years leading a recruiting team.
• Proven success in high-volume, multi-site hiring and knowledge of labor laws.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience selecting, implementing or administering an ATS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations, sales and leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Manage recruiting budget including job boards, agencies, events and referrals.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments.
• Design and update recruiting procedures, applications and onboarding.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Train and supervise the recruiting team; advise on interviewing techniques.
• Build and maintain professional networks to attract talent.
