Mahoney Environmental Solutions, LLC is seeking a Recruiter for a remote nationwide role. The Recruiter owns full-cycle hiring for field, operations and professional positions across Mahoney’s locations, with CDL drivers and plant staff comprising the largest share of openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably high-volume, driver or hourly hiring.
• Proactive sourcing tactics and initiative.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Strong communication and organizational skills with high volume roles.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding handoff.
• Hold intake meetings with hiring managers to define requirements, pay ranges, schedules and criteria.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, ATS, referrals, driving schools, veteran programs, agencies and job fairs.
• Screen applicants for CDL class/endorsements, MVR, DOT eligibility for drivers.
• Write and post ads detailing work, pay, schedule and benefits.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, physicals and MVR reviews per policy and FMCSA rules.
• Extend offers within approved ranges and manage candidate communication to onboarding.
• Maintain ATS records and report on pipeline and source effectiveness.
• Build a pool of pre-qualified candidates for high-turnover roles.
• Represent Mahoney at career fairs and events to build employer brand.
• Follow all employment laws, including EEO, FCRA and pay transparency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
