Job summary

Mahoney Environmental Solutions, LLC is seeking a Recruitment Manager to oversee the full hiring lifecycle across depots, plants, and corporate teams. You will work with a recruiter and hiring managers to source, interview, and employ candidates, building a steady pipeline of CDL drivers and technicians.

The role requires 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, with 2+ years leading a team; strong knowledge of labor laws, ATS management, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 2+ years leading a recruiting team or function
• Experience with high-volume, multi-site hiring
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices
• Experience selecting, implementing or administering an ATS
• Data-driven decision-making using hiring metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Driver’s license for travel

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations on workforce planning and hiring priorities
• Manage recruiting budget including job boards, agencies, events and referrals
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments
• Design and update recruitment procedures and onboarding
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Train and supervise the recruiting team; advise on interviewing techniques
• Own the ATS and recruiting technology stack; standardize workflows
• Oversee pre-employment screening vendors and service levels
• Build and maintain driver/technician pipelines
• Lead employer branding across careers pages and job ads
• Negotiate agency and staffing partner agreements
• Personally recruit for senior roles; coach managers
• Work with VP HR on pay ranges and offers
• Perform other duties as assigned
