Job summary

Westminster Theological Seminary seeks a part-time Recruitment Engagement Coordinator to plan and coordinate virtual, hybrid, and selected in-person recruitment experiences. You will collaborate with Admissions, Student Success, Learning Experience, and other departments to showcase our online programs and engage prospective students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proven self-management skills; highly self-motivated and proactive
• Strong organizational and project-management skills, with ability to manage multiple events, timelines, and stakeholders
• Ability to develop relational and engaging experiences for prospective and current students
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Coordinate an annual calendar of virtual, hybrid, and selected in-person recruitment and engagement events; collaborate with leaders, students, alumni to plan, promote, execute and evaluate experiences that showcase Westminster’s programs and community.
• Develop recruitment-focused programming that creates relational entry points for prospective students (roundtables, panels, faculty conversations, workshops, etc.) and connect participants to Admissions follow-up and nurture pathways.
• Track participation, engagement, follow-up activity, feedback, and recruitment outcomes to inform future initiatives.
