Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in higher education or marketing.
• Experience with admissions, enrollment, or student recruitment preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; capable of building relationships with diverse learners.
• Ability to manage events, both in-person and virtual, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Represent Vanguard University at on-campus and off-site events.
• Engage prospective students via calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings.
• Develop partnerships with community colleges and local organizations.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and recruitment activities.
• Provide admissions guidance and coordinate with counselors and financial aid as needed.
• Stay current on enrollment strategies and participate in professional development.
