Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally able to work in the United States.
• Basic fluency in English for marketing materials and required reports.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, current liability insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Available to commit weekly hours, primarily during evenings and weekends when residents are home.
• Able to commit to the minimum term of service at the assigned apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and host 2 high-quality monthly events that help residents connect with one another, onsite staff, and local services or businesses.
• Provide a consistent, caring presence for residents and property staff, with support from residents, volunteers, and community partners.
• Enhance the community's online reputation by inviting residents to share their experiences.
• Create marketing materials for activities, including monthly calendars, event flyers, and social media posts.
• Manage the event budget and related processes.
• Prepare and submit monthly summaries and reports.
• Meet regularly with onsite staff and the Program Director for planning, training, and development.
• Recruit, engage, and coordinate volunteers, vendors, and community partners to maximize impact.
