Westminster Theological Seminary is seeking mission-minded, relational Events and Ministry Coordinators to create an excellent Apartment Life experience for residents and staff in our apartment community. This paid, part-time role involves planning one event per month, coordinating volunteers, and providing genuine hospitality to residents while partnering with local services.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to plan monthly events and coordinate volunteers.
• Strong communication and hospitality to residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and host 1 event each month for residents to connect with each other and local services.
• Provide caring support to residents and staff through outreach and partnership.
• Develop marketing materials such as calendars, flyers, and social posts.
• Manage event budgets and prepare monthly summaries.
• Meet with staff and volunteers to plan and execute activities.
• Engage volunteers, vendors, and community partners to maximize impact.
