Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a Recruitment Consultant - US (Remote) to manage the full recruiting lifecycle for client hiring needs, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, assessment and closing. You will partner with hiring managers, conduct market research, and build proactive talent pipelines to deliver qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Experience delivering recruiting results in RPO and client relationships contexts.
• Ability to develop proactive recruitment strategies and passive sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the candidate selection process: identify, assess, screen, interview and gather feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and bench management.
• Anticipate client hiring needs and support submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present qualified talent and address objections during the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation and recruiting processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships throughout the lifecycle.
• Support a positive candidate experience across sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommendation, and hiring stages.
• Meet weekly and monthly candidate submission and hiring goals.
• Maintain accurate ATS data, recruiting reports and related admin records.
