Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring across a fast-moving, mission-driven organization. You will attract, evaluate, and advance strong candidates for technical and non-technical roles while partnering with hiring managers to define needs and success profiles.

You will manage a high volume of inbound applications, source proactively, and provide a fair, respectful candidate experience from first contact through offer, ensuring timely communication and thoughtful decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities.
• Experience maintaining structured and equitable hiring practices.
• Experience using ATS to monitor candidate progress.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of positions, from kickoff through offer.
• Drive the top of the hiring funnel by reviewing inbound applications, proactively sourcing candidates, and conducting initial screens to evaluate fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and evaluation criteria.
• Keep active searches moving efficiently by maintaining clear communication, strong organization, and consistent follow-through.
• Deliver a high-quality, human-centered candidate experience through respectful, transparent, and timely communication.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support hiring decisions so teams can make timely and well-informed selections.
• Track recruiting progress and outcomes to identify opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Stay current on emerging recruiting trends, including how recruiting practices and tools are evolving with artificial intelligence.
• Optimize recruiting systems, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
