Job summary

Hinterland Group is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for field and office teams in a full-time, in-person role. You will work with project managers, superintendents, and department heads to understand staffing needs and fill openings with qualified candidates while ensuring safety and compliance.

The Recruiter oversees posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offers, and pre-employment requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• Experience sourcing via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach.
• Knowledge of ATS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan workforce needs with project managers and department heads.
• Write/update job postings with duties, qualifications, pay ranges, and requirements.
• Post openings on job boards, social media, the company website, and trade/community channels.
• Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and report hiring metrics.
