Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for applicants and log outreach within two business days.
• Coordinate interviews, trials, and scheduling across stores and roles.
• Maintain applicant records in Rippling or designated tracker.
• Track openings by store and role and update based on director guidance.
• Confirm trial-shift outcomes and update available openings accordingly.
