Job summary

Endeavour seeks a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join the HR Team from October 2026 to April 2027. The role partners with the Director of Talent to execute full-cycle recruiting, coordinate with external recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.

The position supports the Endeavour ecosystem, with emphasis on scheduling, travel arrangements, and running a smooth interview process across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in Full-Cycle Recruiting.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Experience with Greenhouse preferred.
• Experience coordinating across multiple time zones preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Support HR with full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
• Manage the recruiting process with LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Maintain the candidate interview process using Greenhouse.
• Coordinate interview availability for candidates and managers.
• Arrange travel and lodging for candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as needed.
