Job summary

gpac (Growing People and Companies) is a nationwide executive search firm that will train you from scratch and place professionals across multiple industries. You will build client relationships, source candidates, and help fill urgent roles while learning the ropes in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

This commission-driven position offers uncapped earning potential with base pay starting around $35,568 annually, plus commissions that can range from $40k to $500k+ per year.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outbound prospecting to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable building relationships over the phone.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical mindset.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Degree preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of gpac training.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
