Base salary begins at $35,568 annually with commissions ranging from $40k to $500k+ depending on production. gpac rewards performance with a comprehensive benefits package after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing and able to source clients and candidates through high outbound activity.
• Effective negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
