This commission-driven role provides GPAC training, tools, and ongoing coaching to help you reach your earning goals. Base salary varies with commissions and performance, and there is opportunity for growth within a leading executive search

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Degree preferred but not required; gpac training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Partner with clients to fill urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates for placements.
• Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews; assist in offers negotiation.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
