Job summary

gpac, a family-owned executive search firm, seeks an Entry-Level Recruiter for a fully remote role with uncapped earning potential. Base salary starts at $35,568 annually, paid biweekly, plus commissions and a comprehensive training program.

You will build relationships with clients and candidates, screen and prep applicants, and assist in negotiations. No recruiting experience is required as we provide tools, coaching, and ongoing support to help you achieve strong results.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data basing and technological skills.
• Business Development, Client Relationship, Marketing or Sales background preferred.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• A degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
