gpac is a fast-paced executive search firm offering substantial earning potential through a commission-based model (30-75% of production). No prior recruiting experience is required, as we provide extensive training, tools, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

As a member of our Kansas team, you will build relationships with clients and candidates, fill urgent roles, and guide interviews and offers to successful placements. This path supports growth within a nationally recognized firm.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to source and screen candidates.
• Willingness to learn and develop recruitment skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates
