gpac is seeking a results-driven recruiter in a dynamic, commission-driven environment. You will build relationships with clients and candidates, fill urgent roles, and present top talent. Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to source clients and candidates through outbound activity.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical mindset.
• Degree preferred but not required.
• Completion of gpac training and all training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
