Apelah, Inc. in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a compassionate Recruiter/Trainer Supervisor to lead the Recruiter Trainer team and support the pre-service training of foster family applicants.
You will oversee recruitment efforts, licensure stakeholder requirements, and foster home compliance across the Specialized Foster Care program. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a human services related field from an accredited college or university (Masters preferred).
- Two (2) years case management experience in a human services field.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Recruiter Trainer staff who assist in selection and pre-service training of foster family applicants.
- Understand recruitment and stakeholder requirements for licensure of foster homes.
- Ensure foster home compliance.
