Job summary
Frontier Health in Virginia seeks a Recruiter/Trainer to provide recruitment, selection and training of foster and adoptive families for the TRACES and Families 4-Ever programs. May also carry a small therapeutic foster care or adoption caseload.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a mental health related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must possess or obtain highest level of certification appropriate to degree.
- Experience in mental health case management or therapeutic foster case or adoption services required.
- Prefer 2 years experience in therapeutic foster care or adoption services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for foster and adoptive families.
- Screen and interview prospective foster/adoptive parents.
- Coordinate home studies and liaise with DCS, courts, attorneys, and schools.
- Deliver training, including the required 40 hours of pre-service training.
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold program guidelines.
