Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, or finance preferred; all majors welcome).
• 0–4 years of work experience; staffing experience is a plus, but not required; we’ll teach you.
• Interest in sales as a long-term career.
• Exposure to technology or technical roles, even as an end user.
• Experience in a metrics- or goal-driven setting where you were accountable for results.
• Comfort with cold calling and high call volume; we use email, text, and InMail too, but our edge is connecting by phone.

• Collaborate with team members to source, screen, and place top talent.
