What you bring:

• A bachelor's degree (business, marketing, or finance preferred; all majors welcome)
• 0 to 4+ years of work experience. Staffing experience is a plus, but not required; we'll teach you
• Interest in sales as a long-term career, or some familiarity with sales fundamentals
• Exposure to technology or technical roles, even as an end user
• Experience in a metrics- or goal-driven setting (sales, retail, athletics, or similar) where you were accountable for results
• Comfort with cold calling and high call volume. We use email, text, and InMail too, but our edge is connecting by phone
