Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC is seeking a dynamic recruiter to support K-12 students by providing teacher shortage solutions to districts and UI clients.

This W-2 assignment-based role is temporary and part-time, offering up to 35 hours per week, typically Mon–Fri. Compensation is $33 per hour, with a US-based schedule across multiple time zones. You will source, screen, and onboard candidates while collaborating with clients and your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience.
• At least 2 years in sourcing and recruiting.
• 2-3 years in a K-12 educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract talent and build candidate pools.
• Receive and screen applications.
• Phone screen candidates for program fit.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding.
• Use the ATS daily to track progress and onboarding.
• Collaborate with team and clients to deliver talent on time.

Overview

Unlimited Instruction (UI) is seeking a dynamic recruiter who has a passion for supporting K-12 students. In this role, you’ll work to provide teacher shortage solutions to districts and UI clients.

**This is a W-2 Assignment Based Role**

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Provide strategies and perform sourcing activities to attract talent as well as build and maintain robust candidate pools
• Receive and screen all applications
• Phone screen applicants who may fit needs for programs
• Perform interviews
• Assist all screened and interviewed candidates through onboarding process
• Use applicant tracking system daily to track assignments and manage candidate onboarding activities
• Complete training as assigned
• Build and maintain systems to monitor progress and ensure balls aren’t dropped
• Deliver sourced talent for active programs to managers and clients on time
• Follow standard operating procedures that have been defined by UI
• Communicate and meet regularly with your supervisor to update them on progress, potential problems, and program concerns
• Collaborate with team members and clients
• Complete other duties as required and assigned

Qualifications

As a successful applicant, you must have a passion for advocating for and helping students succeed. Additionally, you will need to:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree AND
• Demonstrate the following, or any similar combination of education and experience: 1) At least 2 years of sourcing and recruiting experience AND 2) At least 2-3 years of experience working in a K-12 educational setting

Compensation

$33 per hour | Monday–Friday | Clients supported in multiple timezones | Up to 35 hours a week
