Job summary

National Service Bureau (NSB) is seeking an outstanding experienced Recruiter to join our remote-friendly team. You will manage the full cycle recruiting process, partnering with hiring managers to craft effective strategies and screen candidates.

Requirements include at least two years of related experience, excellent communication, and strong MS Office skills. We support a healthy work-life balance with paid time off and other benefits. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
