The Recruiter will manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and professional roles, partnering with hiring managers to develop strategies, source candidates, screen, and coordinate interviews while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, facilities, or other specialized positions.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate both technical qualifications and overall fit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication and collaboration within a geographically distributed team.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Must currently hold or be able to obtain a DoD Secret-level security clearance
• Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for a variety of technical, engineering, facilities, and professional positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop recruiting strategies, and establish appropriate sourcing approaches.
• Source and proactively identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct initial phone screens of candidates to assess technical qualifications, experience, communication skills, and interest.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, interview teams, and other stakeholders throughout the selection process.
• Manage candidates through the ATS, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all recruiting activities.
• Provide hiring managers with market insight, candidate feedback, and recommendations throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process to provide a positive candidate experience.
• Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, university recruiting activities, and other talent acquisition initiatives
