ERG is a fully remote research and consulting firm recruiting across a broadFacilities Group. While the role is remote, candidates in the Washington, DC area are preferred to enable in-person collaboration with regional teams.

The Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, source passive candidates, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS documentation. DoD clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, facilities, or other specialized positions.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple requisitions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Must hold or obtain a DoD Secret-level security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for technical, engineering, facilities, and professional roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source and identify qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and stakeholders.
• Manage candidates in the ATS with accurate documentation.
• Provide market insights and candidate feedback to hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate communication for a positive experience.
• Contribute to process improvements and recruitment initiatives.
• Participate in career fairs and university recruiting.
