Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a talented recruiter to join their team in a world-class manufacturing environment in Puerto Rico. You will recruit, interview, and hire for all open roles, work with hiring managers to define needs, and coordinate pre-employment screenings and onboarding.

The role requires 3–5 years in recruitment within IT, pharma, and medical devices, strong scheduling skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in IT, pharma and medical device industries.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and administrative tools.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, speak).
• Proven expertise with complex, high-volume scheduling (MUST).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified applicants for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs and openings.
• Schedule pre-employment drug tests and background checks.
• Develop onboarding programs and deliver orientation sessions.
• Define selection criteria with managers and staff.
