Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a talented recruiter to join our team in Puerto Rico. You will recruit, interview, and hire for multiple positions, coordinating pre-employment tests and onboarding new hires across IT, pharmaceutical, and medical device domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in IT, Pharma, and Medical device industries.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and administrative tools.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass, Beeline, and VNDLY).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proven expertise with complex and high-volume scheduling (MUST).
• Ability to manage a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment and provide remote support.
• Available for administrative shift (8am to 5pm).
• Able to work remotely.

• Create job descriptions and interview questions reflecting requirements.
• Identify top candidates and refine talent pool.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screenings and in-person interviews.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their department and any required job openings.

• Create new-hire onboarding programs and deliver compelling new-hire orientations.
• Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area
• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment for IT, Pharmaceutical and Medical device industries.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and administrative tools
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass, Beeline and VNDLY)
• Able to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently
• Proven expertise with complex and high-volume scheduling MUST
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experienced user of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Capability to interact with people across all levels of business with a high, customer service orientation and a focus on building high quality relationships
• Expertise within recruiting tools and technologies
• Capability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment and provide remote support
• Experience within Human Resources preferred
• Available for administrative shift (8am to 5pm)
• Able to work remotely
