Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related area.
• 3-5 years in recruitment for IT, pharma, and medical devices.
• Experience with ATS and admin tools.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified applicants for all openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and openings.
• Schedule and coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background checks.
• Create onboarding programs and deliver new-hire orientations.
• Determine selection criteria with managers and staff.
• Source candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn and networks.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions reflecting role requirements.
• Identify and refine top candidates from available applicants.
• Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls and in-person interviews.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their department and any required job openings.
• Schedule and coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background verification.
• Create new-hire onboarding programs and deliver compelling new-hire orientations.
• Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area
• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment for IT, Pharmaceutical and Medical device industries.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and administrative tools
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass, Beeline and VNDLY)
• Able to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently
• Proven expertise with complex and high-volume scheduling MUST
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experienced user of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Capability to interact with people across all levels of business with a high, customer service orientation and a focus on building high quality relationships
• Expertise within recruiting tools and technologies
• Capability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment and provide remote support
• Experience within Human Resources preferred
• Available for administrative shift (8am to 5pm)
• Able to work remotely
