RealTruck is seeking a dynamic Recruiter for our Elkhart, Indiana site. This role partners with HR and business leaders to attract, assess, hire, and onboard talent for hourly Operations, Manufacturing and Distribution teams.

The ideal candidate will manage high-volume requisitions, leverage social media, and coordinate with leadership to understand position requirements and business needs. Travel is occasional and the environment is fast-paced.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience is required.
• Use of social media to attract applicants.
• Job board utilization, including Indeed, Linkedin and resume search.
• Experience organizing/managing job fairs, both in person and virtual.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business leaders to determine sourcing/marketing strategies for open roles.
• Create and implement pipeline strategies for high-value/high-volume positions.
• Lead the interview process: phone screens, resume screening, interview candidates, provide feedback, track applicants.
• Coordinate with leadership to understand job requirements and business needs.
• Participate in HR initiatives and support retention activities.
• Initiate pre-employment testing including background checks and follow-up on results.
• Track, maintain and report recruitment metrics.
• Deliver high level of customer service to internal clients with timely updates to hiring managers and HR Partners.
• Ensure openings are filled according to KPIs for talent replacement or growth.
