Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our Leer Site in Elkhart, Indiana. You will collaborate with HR Partners to source, assess, hire and onboard hourly Operations, Manufacturing and Distribution teams while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

The successful candidate will manage high-volume requisitions, utilize social media and job boards, and partner with leaders to meet hiring KPIs. Remote-friendly with a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Use of social media to attract applicants.
• Job board utilization, including Indeed, LinkedIn and resume search.
• Experience organizing/managing job fairs, both in person and virtual.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to source, attract, assess, hire and onboard team members.
• Manage high-volume requisitions and a positive candidate experience.
• Lead interview process with screening, interviewing and feedback for hiring managers.
• Coordinate with leadership to understand position requirements and business needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide updates to HR Partners and stakeholders.
