Job summary

Certum Legal Solutions (CLS) is seeking an experienced Recruiter to scale our team as we grow. This role will manage a diverse mix of hiring across contact center, legal, technical, and non-technical roles, including volume recruiting and end-to-end searches.

You will partner with hiring managers, proactively source passive candidates, and own the full-cycle process from intake to offer. Remote-friendly, with preference for candidates near Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting within contact center or call center environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and multiple searches simultaneously.
• Ability to operate autonomously with limited oversight.
• Strong communication, organization, and hiring manager partnership skills.
• Legal recruiting experience is a plus.
• Technical recruiting experience is a plus.
• Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Lead high-volume hiring for contact center and operational positions.
• Recruit for technical, corporate, and legal roles as business needs evolve.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand needs, define profiles, and drive searches forward
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates.
• Conduct initial screens and manage candidates throughout the interview process.
• Maintain strong pipelines and help CLS build scalable recruiting processes as we grow.
