Job summary

OpusLex Partners is seeking a candidate-focused recruiter to join our team in a 180 / split desk model. This is a pure recruiting role with no business development responsibilities, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and placing top legal talent across firm requisitions.

The role offers high earning potential through uncapped commissions, a boutique, entrepreneurial environment, and growth opportunities in legal recruiting and staffing. Remote work with preference for Eastern/Central time zones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (agency preferred).
• Strong outbound sourcing skills (this is not an inbound role).
• Proven ability to build relationships and close candidates.
• Comfortable managing multiple candidates and processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Head hunt and engage attorneys through phone, video, and our full suite of digital tools.
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assess fit.
• Guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Advise and influence candidates on career decisions.
• Partner internally with the business development side of the desk.
