Job summary

Certum Legal Solutions (CLS) is seeking an experienced Recruiter to scale our team as we grow. This role will manage a diverse mix of hiring across contact center, legal, technical, and non-technical roles, including volume recruiting and end-to-end searches.

You will partner with hiring managers, proactively source passive candidates, and own the full-cycle process from intake to offer. Remote-friendly, with preference for candidates near Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting within contact center or call center environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and multiple searches simultaneously.
• Ability to operate autonomously with limited oversight.
• Strong communication, organization, and hiring manager partnership skills.
• Legal recruiting experience is a plus.
• Technical recruiting experience is a plus.
• Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus.

About Certum Legal Solutions

Certum Legal Solutions (CLS) is a pioneering legal managed services organization (MSO) that supports mass-tort and single-event personal injury law firms. We provide the operational infrastructure, technology, and back-office solutions that allow the firms on our platform to grow and scale while focusing on delivering industry-leading results for their clients.

We are building a proprietary, AI-native system that will transform every dimension of how CLS and its platform firms operate. This system encompasses AI-powered agents to manage end-to-end workflows throughout the lifecycle of mass-tort and single-event personal-injury litigation matters, including back-office support functions such as HR, accounting and finance, and IT. This is a greenfield build on a modern stack, designed from Day 1 to be extensible and, eventually, productized for the broader legal services market.

About the Role

Certum Legal Solutions (CLS) is looking for an experienced Recruiter to help scale our team as we continue to grow. CLS is a managed services organization supporting the legal industry while also building our own AI-powered technology platform.

This role will manage a diverse mix of hiring across contact center, legal, technical, and non-technical roles. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with volume recruiting but also has the experience and judgment to independently own searches from intake through offer.

Location

This role offers remote flexibility, with a preference for candidates based in or near Dallas, TX.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience recruiting within contact center or call center environments


• Strong sourcing skills and experience managing multiple searches simultaneously


• Ability to operate autonomously and manage full-cycle recruiting with limited oversight


• Strong communication, organization, and hiring manager partnership skills


• Legal recruiting experience is a plus


• Technical recruiting experience is a plus


• Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and skill set
