Volt is seeking a Remote Recruiter for the East Coast to connect top talent with meaningful opportunities and partner with clients for exceptional results.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $60,000–$65,000 with comprehensive benefits and remote work flexibility. You will manage staffing, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding while ensuring high levels of candidate and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting, staffing, or onsite workforce management.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work onsite/remote in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and staff candidates using job boards, databases, networking, social media, and passive sourcing strategies.
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and site tours.
• Manage candidate check-ins, tours, start dates, orientations, and first day success processes.
• Handle associate relations, including concerns, coaching, performance conversations, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor staffing levels to maintain required headcount and proactively reduce turnover.
• Attend client meetings to review staffing metrics, service performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.
