Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a Remote Recruiter to build a scalable, talent-focused recruiting process from anywhere. You’ll host virtual info sessions, conduct candidate conversations, and guide applicants through the hiring process for diverse roles.

Training is provided and performance-based bonuses are available. The role offers 100% remote work, flexible scheduling, and weekly compensation with potential bonuses.

Remote Recruiter (Full-Time / Part-Time – 100% Remote)

Pay: Training: $15/hr for 1-2 weeks | Regular: $17.50–$20/hr + Weekly Bonuses ($1,000–$3,000+/week)

About The Role

We’re looking for confident, people-focused individuals to join our remote recruiting team! You’ll connect with candidates, host virtual sessions, and guide them through the hiring process — all from your laptop.

Whether you’re experienced in recruiting or just naturally great with people, we’ll train you and provide all the tools you need to succeed.
