A dynamic company is looking for a Remote Recruiter to support its growth. This commission-only position involves creating job posts, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and experience in customer service or recruiting, showcasing strong communication skills and a solid work ethic.
We are currently seeking an energetic, driven, and goal-oriented individual to play a key role in our growth. We have an opening for a Remote Recruiter. This is a comission only position
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Create and post open jobs
• Screening potential candidates on the phone
• Interviewing candidates
• Conducting reference/background checks
• Conducting new hire compliance
• Comply with state and federal regulation
• Other projects as assigned in HR
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years Customer service experience, or Human resources/recruiting experience
• Customer service and communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills
