A leading staffing company seeks a Search Consultant for a remote position based in the Greater Los Angeles area. The role involves recruiting candidates for various levels, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Remote position that requires candidates to live in a metro area in Greater Los Angeles, CA.
This role recruits for a variety of positions at all different levels. The goal of this position is to generate direct hire fees through 360 marketing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to client companies for direct hire positions. The Search Consultant will follow activity and production guidelines according to pre-determined requirements.

The anticipated annual base salary in the US is $50,000 to $60,000, excluding other compensation components or benefits. The actual salary depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
