Level Legal seeks a mid-level Records Manager to oversee the complete case file lifecycle for the UAC program, including compilation, indexing, closure, and secure storage, with remote work options.

You will coordinate physical shipments to the ORR Federal Records Center, administer litigation holds, maintain inventories, and support audits and FOIA requests while ensuring privacy and security compliance.

Formación

• Experience with federal records lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with NARA specifications and SF135 transmittals.
• Knowledge of FOIA processes and records requests.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end case file lifecycle: compilation, indexing, quality check, closure, and secure storage.
• Prepare, package, and ship retired records to the ORR Federal Records Center per NARA specs.
• Administer litigation holds: issue, track, and release holds; document chain of custody.
