Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; one year of record keeping or related experience required.
• Experience in higher education and in a technology-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine and analyze student records to determine transfer eligibility.
• Evaluate transfer credits from foreign and domestic institutions, including military education.
• Run SOAR audits and update Academic Advisement Reports.
• Enter and update course equivalencies in the Transfer Equivalency System (TES).
• Review transcripts and ensure accuracy across records.
• Provide accurate guidance to students, advisors, and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and deliver high-quality customer service.
